Downloads – Are not refundable at all due to our inability to revoke access. This includes all E-books, Direct Mail Power Pack, and any other document download.
Combo Seller Generator – If you receive leads that we purchase on your behalf, you may not be entitled to a full refund of your purchase price. By purchasing the product you understand and agree to this policy.
Leads – If we purchase leads for you and stack them, the leads are 100% non-refundable.
Events – We have a strict NO REFUND policy on ALL event tickets and Event Recordings. No exceptions will be made. If you cannot attend an event you can : 1.Send someone in your place 2. Sell your ticket to someone 3. Forfeit your ticket.
Challenges – Our challenges are limited to a certain number of people. We do this to ensure that we can serve every challenger in the way they deserve. Since you have taken the spot of someone else who wanted to be in but we couldn’t accept due to our limits, challenge entrance fees are 100% non-refundable.
Buyers on Fire 3 Trials – After your 14 day trial ends your card will begin being charged for the plan you chose every month in perpetuity. If you need to cancel your account, you need to email Support@BuyersonFire.com and they can assist. If you cancel your Buyers on Fire account within the 14 days of your trial, we can stop your first payment. If you cancel your Buyers on Fire account after finishing your trial, you are not eligible for a refund but we can cancel any further billings and allow you to keep access through the remainder of your billing period.
Buyers on Fire – If you request a refund within 30 days of using the service you are eligible for a refund. If you request after 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund but you can cancel your subscription. This paragraph does NOT apply to trials.
